The agreement defines cooperation between the companies to integrate Spacemetriks’ sensors and operational, environmental, and logistical data sources into Sipremo’s predictive analytics and cloud platform, creating a solution capable of transforming field data into forecasts, alerts, and strategic insights.
The partnership will initially focus on the application of these technologies in port logistics operations, with the potential to expand into other sectors such as energy, infrastructure, environmental management, smart cities, and global logistics chains, as outlined in the agreement.
The MoU establishes that the companies will cooperate on the technical integration of sensors, APIs, cloud systems, dashboards, and alerting systems, ensuring interoperability between Sipremo’s and Spacemetriks’ platforms.
This integration will enable data collected through sensors, drones, and monitoring systems operated by Spacemetriks to be processed by Sipremo’s artificial intelligence and predictive analytics models, delivering a near real-time view of climate, environmental, and operational risks.
In addition to technological cooperation, the partnership establishes joint commercial collaboration. Within this scope, Spacemetriks will contribute its local presence and commercial network in the Indian market, strengthening Sipremo’s global expansion strategy and supporting the execution of specific projects in the region.
The agreement ensures that each company retains full ownership of its respective technologies, including algorithms, AI models, platforms, sensors, and hardware. Any joint development or advanced integration will be addressed through future, separate contractual agreements.
The partnership is non-exclusive, allowing both companies to continue collaborating with other global partners while respecting confidentiality and data protection obligations.
